Don’t you love getting flowers in the mail?! It’s one of my favorite types of deliveries and Proflowers completely made my day by gifting me a gorgeous bouquet.
All my fall/Halloween decorations are still in the attic (who knows if they’ll come down at this point) so I decided to make something new with a blue plastic pumpkin I had laying around from the boys.
I sprayed some primer all over the pumpkin (not worrying about the inside). The best part about living in Phoenix is it takes no time at all for paint to dry haha!
I was going to paint the whole pumpkin copper but once I saw it white I thought I’d leave some of it white so I taped off a section of the pumpkin and sprayed the rest with the leftover copper paint from my side table re-do.
Once that was dry I set out my flowers to clean up the stems and then placed them into the pumpkin!
I love adding little bits of height with the leaves.
I love how it turned out and am now thinking I need to make a few more! Thanks again to ProFlowers for the sweet gift and inspiring this project!
Do you craft more in the fall? I think I definitely do!
