I am not one to follow recipes for drinks much. I love creating fun, new cocktails with whatever I have around the house. This one, though, is one of my favorites! What better way to celebrate today than with a fresh cocktail, maybe a few friends (or just the computer and some Pinterest)?
Pinnacle Vodka always has some amazing flavors (like coconut or whipped!) that I really do love, but I tend to reach for the original to create all different kinds of flavor combinations.
I love when friends drop by and end up staying late talking or playing dominos, so I like to keep some “regulars” on hand for those times, like Pinnacle Vodka Original. This refreshing cocktail has evolved over time into one of my favorite fun drinks. To make it yourself, you’ll need:
- Pinnacle Vodka Original
- Sparkling Lemonade
- Basil
- Red Grapes (just a couple)
- Cucumber
- Lemon
First, muddle the cucumber, grapes and basil.
Then add ice to the glass. Fill with sparkling lemonade and top off with Pinnacle Vodka to your desired strength. I have found that the amount of vodka my friends like in their drinks varies greatly, so I like recipes like this that work no matter how much or little they like! Garnish with a cucumber and lemon slice.
Delicious, refreshing and can be made with ingredients you probably already have! What’s not to love? Seriously though, aren’t those unplanned late nights talking, playing games or even just getting super inspired online the best?!
