It’s no secret that I LOVE Target. The boys know that we can’t visit without a walk through the Dollar Spot (which is actually called Bullseye’s Playground now but I keep forgetting to call it that). They always have such great inexpensive crafty items, home decor and lately, even some scrapbook supplies!
I shared this photo on Instagram and then decided I should make a quick page only using the items I picked up. For one thing, to make myself actually use the items that I bought and also to actually scrapbook a bit since I can’t seem to get back into my regular crafty habit lately.
Here’s a video (bad hair day and all) of what I bought and what I did with it!
Here’s a close up of the finished product, a good example of my “scrappy” style. Many people like me (who aren’t storytellers with words so much) are intimidated by scrapbooking because the thought of writing out a bunch of words on paper about your life seems like such a huge weight to bear. I usually don’t do that. Maybe someday I’ll get here but right now this is what I’ve got. I think someone in my family down the line will love finding little hidden journaling or notes, but at the very least the photos are there, displayed in a fun way, for them all to enjoy.
Do you frequent Bullseye’s Playground at Target? Take the Target Scrapbook Challenge and make a page using only the products you found in the “Dollar Spot”! tag me on social or share here – I’d LOVE to see!
