I get tired of eggs for breakfast but they are easy and filling. This is often requested in my house and loved by everyone. It’s gluten free, can be made dairy free and paleo friendly.
Instead of describing the simple process, I made a video!
That Muir Glen pizza sauce is my absolute favorite. It’s spiced perfectly and is organic in a BPA free can (if that matters to you). We use the big uncured pepperoni slices from Applegate Farms but you can use any brand/type of these products that’s available to you and your budget. For the “oil” in the pan we often just use some bacon grease from the uncured bacon we made during the week before but use any oil/non stick spray you like!
