I’m not a big yogurt fan. It’s ok, it’s just not my favorite food and I usually go for greek yogurt since the texture is better. This might change my mind though. SO. GOOD. (and more importantly so easy!)
There’s really no recipe. Just mix:
- plain greek yogurt
- natural peanut butter
- honey to taste (we use raw local honey)
That’s it! Mix it up. Need more peanut butter? Throw some more in there. Want more of a dessert? Add more honey (or your sweetner of choice).
It’s SO good I had to stop myself from making another bowl. It’s great as a fruit dip as well!
