It’s been one of “those” weeks. You know the ones. One thing I love about documenting this month is that it forces me to take the time to find the fun and beauty in the little things – even if it is at the very end of the day when everyone is asleep!

If you’re unfamiliar with this projects December Daily is a project started by Ali Edwards as a way to document each day in December (or just up to Christmas like I do).

You can do the project any way you want. Here are my past year’s. This year I’m using the Studio Calico December Daily kit and 25 Days Class kit.

I kept the cover of my album pretty simple just coloring in a few stars with a silver Sharpie and adding a chipboard sticker from the kit.

and here’s my title page. I painted the wood veneer with watercolors and the “days” alpha is from Target in the Dollar Spot.

I’ll do a spread for each day give or take. If nothing good happened I’ll fill it in with another day’s events, Christmas cards, wrapping paper, album covers or anything “holidayish”.

For this project I find I’m much more successful with everything out ready to craft at anytime (same goes for Project Life) so here’s what my December Daily station looks like this year

Do you document December differently than the rest of the year?
