Tolmachoff Farms Corn Maze

I don’t know if they actually wanted to go, or if they knew I love when we go, but the boys were happy to visit the corn maze like we do every year. We have a few fun farms to visit in the Phoenix area. We’ve done Schnepf Farms, MacDonald’s Ranch and Tolmachoff Farms. The last couple of years we’ve done Tolmachoff Farms simply because it’s the closest and Octobers are busy!

There’s something about holiday traditions that make you realize how much your kids have grown from the last year. My oldest just turned 13 so it’s extra apparent this year!

I’m a big fan of traditions and holidays and I think it’s rubbed off on the boys because they were excited to do the pumpkin patch and corn maze this year, though it definitely seemed more like we were going just to take photos because that’s what we do.

They love the nostalgia though, so I guess we’ll keep doing it as long as they want to!

I only have 1 trick or treater this year (he’s dressing up with the dogs so I can’t wait to share his costume) and I’m not sad, but just feeling like this is definitely a change of gears. Having the boys so close in age doesn’t give me much time for readjustment! Everything happens all at once!
