I love sharing food with friends and family. We often do pot lucks with church as well. We actually have several families who are gluten free (along with a few other food allergies/intolerances) so we even set up a separate gluten free table at times. I’ve been looking for little labels I could stick in (or set next to) the food I bring but didn’t find exactly what I was looking for – so I made my own!
This way if you take the extra steps to make sure that food is safe for your food sensitive friends and family they’ll know exactly what they can (or can’t eat). These are great for parties as well. So many times I’ve made gluten free desserts but forgotten to tell my other gluten free friends that they were safe for them (although most know that if it’s homemade from me it’s very likely gluten free).
These labels can be attached to a toothpick, or folded to sit next to your dish.
I made gluten free, dairy free, nut free, peanut free, egg free, sugar free and paleo friendly.
DOWNLOAD HERE, print on cardstock and trim. I left space to trim them so that you could fold and stand, or fold and adhere to a toothpick with some adhesive. This way, if you see it from the back – it’s seamless and there’s room to add your name or the name of the dish if you’d like.
And they’re black and white so they’ll go with any party decor!
Let me know if I missed any that you’d use regularly and I can add some more. Do you think you’d use these?!
