One of my favorite spots in Phoenix to grab a pizza, salad or sandwich, have dinner with friends, family or a date night is Cibo an Urban Pizzeria.
“Set in a restored 1913 bungalow, Cibo (pronounced “CHEE-boh”) has hardwood floors, exposed brick, a stained-glass panel and a fireplace to set the mood while revitalizing the downtown Phoenix area with beautiful salads, antipasto, artisanal pizzas and housemade fresh pasta.”
Not to mention the best gluten free pizza I’ve had to date. We love the atmosphere and the food and have been eating here for years. I want to start showing my favorites in video but I think I have a bit of practice to do – I didn’t even show you want the inside looks like lol!
Either way, if you haven’t tried out Cibo yet definitely give it a try! You can see their entire menu online. Some of our recommended dishes:
- Burrata Plate (ask for gf bread if you need it)
- Rustica Pizza
- Salsiccia Pizza
- Tartufata Pizza (although this only when you have another pizza to share it’s very rich by itself but SO good)
- Nutella Banan Crepe
I think I’ll take you to my favorite place to grab dessert downtown next!
