Chocolate covered strawberries are one of my youngest’s favorite treats. We take the super easy way when making them!

I really think it’s all in the chocolate. We use Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate chips. These have been our go-to for quite a while! All you have to do is melt the chocolate chips. I use a double broiler (stainless bowl set over a bowl of boiling water) but when the boys make it they just put the chocolate chips into a microwave safe mug and microwave them for 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between.

We don’t use the microwave often so I need to find a double broiler that’s safer for them to use! After the chocolate is melted just dip your washed strawberries into the chocolate and place on a wax or parchment paper lined baking sheet or tray.
