I tried out a gluten free angel food cake (the first time I’ve made any type of angel food cake) and it turned out wonderfully. Perfect texture, flavor, weight etc. So, so good. It’s also dairy free (but not egg free)

It’s hard to tell this is gluten free at all – same texture and flavor as it’s gluten-full twin. I used the exact recipe from Taste of Home found HERE. I did use Thai rice flour which tends to be a bit lighter than regular rice flour.

And my boy’s favorite gluten free find of the year – Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Joe Joe’s!

The texture is wonderful and they taste so good! I’ve never had the regular ones so I can’t comment on the similarity so if you have, and try these, I’d love to know how they compare! They are gluten, dairy, and nut free (although processed on shared equipment with dairy and nuts). Thanks to my Mother in Law for finding these for us. We were there a week or so ago and these hadn’t come in yet!
