I shared a “desk” shot on Instagram the other day when I had pulled out some new supplies to play with while I worked. I thought I’d share the final product!

For me, the key to scrapbooking while working is having minimal supplies out (which you know I like to do anyway), limit the mess (so no inks or paints) and keep it simple (no cutting machine or other “fancy” tools). This simplifies the process to allow for something to get made and also helps keep my sanity by limiting the overall mess to just the items I get out.

So here’s what I came up with.

It took me all of 10 minutes or so to put together and definitely helped break up the mundane tasks I was working on! Aren’t the Fall printables from Push Print Studio just gorgeous?! I used the little notebook paper piece from the cut-up printable (it’s only $1) to add some hidden journaling – my favorite kind! I stapled it to a tag for a bit of stability and so that there was something to grab onto when you pull it out.

To add larger photos to a traveler’s notebook spread, I just trim it and line them up before adhering to the page.

I REALLY love this size for scrapbooking because it’s small, manageable, quick to put together and somehow just more casual than the standard sizes. I hope you’re enjoying the start of Fall – lots of memories to be made still this year for sure!t
