Cauliflower Cheesy "Bread"sticks

These low carb gluten-free cheesy cauliflower "bread"sticks have a great texture and can easily be adjusted with different cheeses and spices!
  • 4 cups finely processed cauliflower (about 1 large head)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese separated
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • salt & pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Finely process the cauliflower with a food processor
  3. Microwave the riced cauliflower in a microwavable safe dish with a lid for 10 minutes
  4. Let cool
  5. Mix beated eggs, 2 cups of the cheese, garlic, salt and pepper into the cauliflower
  6. Spread the mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  7. Bake for 25 minutes
  8. Remove and top with remaining cheese
  9. Bake an additional 5 minutes
