Easy Pumpkin Pecan Streusel Parfait

A fun and festive dessert that’s easy to personalize based on your favorite part of the pie!
  • Marie Callender's Pumpkin Pecan Streusel Pie
  • Reddi-wip®
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Remove plastic wrapper from pie
  3. Bake pie on cookie sheet in center of oven 65 to 75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots
  4. Spread streusel topping on baking sheet and bake in 375F oven for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Allow pie and streusel to cool completely
  6. Layer pie, streusel topping and Reddi-wip® in individual glasses or jars
  7. Top with a sprinkling of cinnamon or streusel topping
  8. Serve immediately
Add extra streusel for more crunch or extra pumpkin filling for a smoother parfait. These are great to personalize based on your preferences. Cut pieces of pie with a cookie cutter to make it easier to place in jars or glasses.
