I am SO excited to be starting the year off with the B3 All In challenge with the Barre3 studios here in North Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. I had only taken 1 Barre3 class before starting so didn’t know how I’d do or feel about it, but I couldn’t have created a better environment to start the year if I tried.

The Barre3 studio in North Scottsdale is beautiful, clean, and just the place I needed to spend an hour on me. The classes are tough but I love how the instructors are so good at letting you do what you need to do for your body. Everyone (even the students) are so welcoming, kind, and uplifting. I haven’t been in another gym or studio with quite that same feel. I brought my friend with me who felt the same way.

If you’ve never done Barre3 it really is unique. You can read more about it and what type of workout it entails here. I am NOT a coordinated dancer but my friend Summer is and we BOTH loved our workout. The environment and instructors help so much and the workout can be so tough but makes me feel amazing.

B3 All In encourages you to move 5 times and eat healthy with a breathing exercise if you want to mix that in as well. The recipes so far are great and I love that I’m starting the year not really restricting myself but planning meals with lots of healthy ingredients and ingredients I don’t normally include in my diet.

If you live in the area I HIGHLY recommend checking out Barre3 in North Scottsdale or Paradise Valley! Follow along on social to see how I’m doing. I’m not sharing everything on stories but trying to share a bit here and there. What are you doing for your health in the new year?
