I love travel. All types of travel. If you follow us on Instagram you know I love me a good road trip or even just a day trip. Sometimes local brands or dealerships let me borrow their awesome new inventory for a weekend and Henry Brown Buick GMC has been one of the best! If you’ve lived in Arizona long you’ve heard of the Brown family (the dealership was called Brown and Brown). They have been established in AZ since 1927 as a family owned and operated car dealer that provides family style service to customers. The family biz is now going for a fourth generation – three of his children still work for him today! You can see the Brown’s timeline here. Henry still works in the dealership and you can tell loves his business! They are definitely a recognizable name around here and they were sweet enough to hand me the keys to a GMC Acadia for the weekend!
When we went to pick up the Acadia I was listening in on employees as customers were walking up. They were super helpful and jumped at the chance to direct people where to go or to the people they were there to see. Super friendly and totally willing to help and not just point over there, actually walk you where you needed to go.
We got into the GMC Acadia and off we went to run errands, drive around town, grab some sushi, shop some Hearth & Hand at Target (because of course) and stop to take in the signs of Fall in Phoenix.
The 2018 GMC Acadia is super fun to drive. You can check out all the features here if you’re a car geek. I loved all the seating, Parker loved the extra USB plugs and even pull out drawers for a bit of storage (I definitely appreciate this too) and Colton loved the 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot! As much as we drove around town it got GREAT gas mileage.
We’ll definitely check out Henry Brown GMC again when we’re shopping some more. They largest GMC dealer in the West for a reason – they have won the Mark of Excellence and Dealer of the Year awards for outstanding customer service since the dealership opened 10 years ago!
Jared was seriously eyeing a Sierra and Parker will be driving NEXT YEAR. Like, in less than 6 months the kid will have his permit. WHERE DID THE TIME GO?!
