I had some stuff sitting on my desk from my recent trip and the way things are going lately I knew I wouldn’t get them into a scrapbook unless I got them in right now. I decided just to do a SUPER quick Traveler’s Notebook spread using random things that were already out on my desk. I’m thinking I may need to put together a little simple kit of items I love using!

If you’re not familiar with a Traveler’s Notebook, they are just small notebooks used for notes, memory keeping, travel journaling, calendars – anything really! There is an outside cover and removable inserts. They also have pockets and other accessories you can add. They are a great size and the inserts can be taken out and put on a shelf when full. You can even make your own if you’re up for it!

I need to leave some paint or something out I think, a nice watercolor background would have been fun, but it being done is the most important part right?! Here’s a video showing just how quick this was to throw together proving that anyone can do this!

I hope to be able to fill this notebook up with lots of fun adventures in the future!

I think my favorite part is being able to pull out the dress tag if I want.

So if you’re not a big scrapbooker – definitely take a look at starting a small Traveler’s Notebook. It might be just what you’re looking for!
