I usually mix and make my own flour blends when baking gluten free but it is always nice to have different options to recommend or even to have on hand for times when you’re in a hurry and/or are trying a new non-gluten free recipe that you want to make gluten free.

My mother in law recently found this Domata gluten free flour mix at Homegoods of all places (I’ve actually found a lot of different gluten free products there lately!) for $3.99 for a 20oz box. It’s gluten, dairy, soy, nut, and sugar free.

She used it to make the oatmeal cookie recipe they had on the back using gluten free oats and adding in some coconut! They are delicious and my kids gobbled them up like crazy. They have a great texture and I’m kind of itching to try the coffee cake recipe they have on the back!

The ingredients are simple and similar to a lot of “make your own” mixes I’ve seen.

They have a lot of different products on their site and can be ordered online at Amazon, Gluten Free Mall, and Free From Gluten
